How does CleanDrive-Valet work?

How do I send a request?
Select ‘Request availability’. The guided form asks for your travel dates, services, vehicle and contact details. You can review everything before sending it.
When does my booking become binding?
By clicking ‘Book with obligation to pay’ you submit a binding booking offer at the displayed total. The contract is formed when CleanDrive-Valet accepts it by sending a booking confirmation; you do not need to accept again. A response with material changes is a new offer that requires your acceptance. There is no subscription model.
Where do I hand over my vehicle?
You receive the exact meeting point and agreed handover time when your request is confirmed, so you have all relevant details before travelling.
When should I arrive at the airport?
Follow the recommendations of your airline and the airport. Please also allow enough time for the agreed vehicle handover.
